Return and Refund Policy
Return Policy Duration
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, an item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.

Intimate or sanitary products.

Hazardous materials or substances.

Flammable liquids or gases.

Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your item to the manufacturer. Partial Returns
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted, including for:
Books with obvious signs of use

Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records

Damaged or missing items, except for our errors

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to let you know that we've received your returned item. We'll also notify you if your refund is approved or declined.
If the refund is approved, it will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Delays or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account.

Sale or Promotional Items
Only items purchased at regular price are refundable. Promotional or sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at contact@carecushionco.com  and ship the item to the following address:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. A gift certificate will be sent to you once the returned item is received. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the purchaser had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, a refund will be issued to that purchaser and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of returning the item will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, it may take longer to receive your exchanged item.
High-Value Items
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable service or insuring your shipment. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
